1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account you create on uang4d, which holds your funds, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, slot machine, or any other gaming product offered on the uang4d platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by uang4d to players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) into your uang4d account balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by uang4d to confirm your identity, age, and residency status before you may withdraw funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your uang4d account balance back to your registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on uang4d.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account on uang4d, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. uang4d strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request government-issued identification (KTP, Indonesian National Identity Card) to verify your age at any time.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. We do not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a uang4d account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
2. Create a unique username and strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Verify your email address and phone number by entering the one-time verification codes sent by uang4d during the registration process.
4. Complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your KTP, a recent proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. uang4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on uang4d. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. If we discover that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all your accounts without prior notice.
• Void any bets placed from duplicate accounts and forfeit any winnings derived from those bets.
• Confiscate any bonus funds or promotional credits awarded to duplicate accounts.
• Withhold any pending withdrawal requests and return only your original deposit amounts (minus any fees) after investigation.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uang4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet providers:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

3.2 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited to your uang4d account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, ShopeePay, and LinkAja may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 60 minutes, please contact our 24/7 customer support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your uang4d account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. uang4d complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your uang4d account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC-approved). First-time withdrawals will not be processed until you have submitted and we have approved your KTP, proof of address, and selfie verification.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets.
• You must withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money-laundering reasons.
• Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered according to the specific bonus terms before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

uang4d processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• BCA, BRI, Mandiri: 15 minutes to 6 hours (prioritized processing).
• BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP: 1 to 24 hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Processing times may be extended during weekends, Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi, etc.), or periods of high transaction volume. If your withdrawal has not been credited to your bank account or e-wallet within 48 hours, please contact customer support with your withdrawal reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

uang4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your financial institution for details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms Overview

uang4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns (Ramadhan specials, Idul Fitri bonuses, Indonesian Independence Day promotions). All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the uang4d website at the time the bonus is claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount ten times on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution (odds of 1.75 or higher)
• Togel / Lottery: 10% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

uang4d reserves the right to withhold or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Players found abusing bonuses will have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

uang4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players stay in control of their betting activity. We encourage all members to:

• Set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) in your account settings.
• Use session time reminders to track how long you have been playing.
• Take regular breaks and avoid gambling when under the influence of alcohol or during emotional distress.
• Request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently if you feel gambling is becoming a problem.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the uang4d platform:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with any third party or allowing another person to place bets using your account.
• Collusion and Fraud: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, fix matches, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing scripts, bots, or automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using uang4d to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting uang4d support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, uang4d and its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue resulting from betting activity.
• Technical errors, system downtime, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside our control.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of uang4d shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uang4d is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Singapore. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact uang4d customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

10. Amendments to Terms

uang4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately close your account and cease using the platform.
